God’s Word exhorts us time and time again to pay attention and live deliberate, considered lives.
Rather than look around anxiously, shrink back in fear, or linger in the comfortable shadows unwilling to push forward, we need to recognize the signs: the end is in sight!
Stability of mind and faith allows us to be controlled not by our changing feelings and circumstances, but rather by truth which directs how we walk daily before the Lord and others.
‘Incompetent’. A disparaging word. Like ‘mediocre’, ‘feeble’, ‘lacklustre’. Who wants to be thought of like that?
