What we do over the next 10 years will determine the future of humanity for the next 10,000 years.
The bible makes it clear that the future of humanity is in the hands of the Creator God, not an initiative by Sir David King. The book of Genesis tells us how it all began and the book of Revelation tells us how it will all end. Radical attempts to fix the Earth's climate will have no bearing on God's plans.
The critical issue for all humanity is not climate change. Instead of trying our best to fix the climate, we should look to God for the only answer to our great spiritual need. We all need to consider our ways as individuals before God and turn to Jesus Christ, accepting him as Lord and Saviour.
The bible says, "Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon (Isaiah 55:6-7).
